Wujcik Construction Group 3 years agoI waited several weeks to receive a ridiculously outrageous proposal from project manager, Merrick, at Wujcik Construction. I had requested a quote for the minor remodeling of two small (5×10) bathrooms. The existing bathtubs will remain in both bathrooms and no plumbing or walls will be moved. I wanted new toilets , faucets and tiles installed. Other service workers described the project as, “a minor facelift” for the bathrooms. Wujcik provided a fee quote of $82,593 primarily for LABOR. Their quote included the cost of porcelain and ceramic tiles (which was $5 psf) for only the floors and shower walls. Wujcik’s proposal was more than 4 times the price quoted by other local service workers for the same project and Wujcik required a higher deposit. Photos of the proposal are included.

S&S Home Fix, LLC 3 months agoI would leave more than 5 stars if I could, that’s how satisfied I am with the entire S&S team! I always had plans on changing up my basement but that was always a “want,” when that became a NEED due to an unforseen basement flood, Shain and his entire team were an absolute dream to work with to make my basement vision come to reality. They were fully transparent with what projects will need to be done and benefits of said projects. They were amazing with always asking me what *I* wanted to do rather than assuming anything. The entire process of everything that ensued after the flood was such an easy process, Shain was always amazing with constant communication of next steps/what to expect. NOT to mention that it took the team ONLY 1 month to completely redo my basement making everything looks PERFECT. I’m truly grateful for all that the S&S team did for me because they made my basement dream a reality. There is NOBODY I recommend over these guys, a true stand up team who WILL take care of you.

Residential Innovations Inc a week agoI had such a great experience working with Ruslan and his team. Extremely professional, great skill, easy communication, attention to details (it really shows!!!) and brings great design suggestions to the table too. Already thinking about inviting him back to do my bathroom later. Highly recommend! Key points worth mentioning: 1. At the initial contact stage, he is very communicative and responsive. Answered a lot of questions in professional manner. Was very graceful too when I had to drop off the surface of the earth (due to other things) for about 3 months between initial contact and onsite visit/quotes. 2. His estimates are reasonable, comparable or even competitive to other quotes I got, but a lot more detailed, which I liked. 3. We expanded the work scope once the project started and fees for additional tasks (all of which I asked for) were clearly communicated and reasonable. 4. Lots of attention to detail. He probably considered all the things that I did/would, probably more. 5. Great eyes for color/design/aesthetics. I’m not a visual person myself and his suggestions really lifted the look of my kitchen. 6. Everyone I met on his team was great. Nice people and very professional. Overall just a great experience. He made this otherwise stressful project a lot more less stressful and would recommend him to anyone!
