The Pyra-Med Design & Construction 9 months agoJohn Naser and his team at Pyra-Med did a PHENOMENAL job building my dream dental office!! First of all I want to say that John is very PROFESSIONAL and great at what he does. He carefully listened to my idea of how I envisioned the office to be and made it come true, even BETTER than what I had pictured in my head! He brought on board an amazing team of professionals – architects, designers and created a true masterpiece! Also his team finished the project in a timely manner! He is truly a PERFECTIONIST with attention to every detail. He added such finishing touches that I would never even thought of – from wall decor to ceiling illumination lights. He has a vision in mind that makes the project just come out better than expected! Also he considered my budget carefully and created an OUTSTANDING result with the understanding of my financial limitations and not trying to overspend. One thing that I really appreciate is that once the project was done – he didn’t just disappear. He is always in touch with me (by his personal phone) and if anything comes up – he sends his team to fix an issue ASAP! I HIGHLY recommend John Naser and Pyra-Med team for your construction project – you would NOT be disappointed!! I can’t wait to be back for building my second office!

Scott Simpson Design + Build 2 years agoScott Simpson Design + Build worked with us from the initial idea of building a new home through home completion. They were a joy to work with; fully invested in making sure the project exceeded our expectations. We never had to mediate between the architect and the builder (often a problem when it’s not a design/build firm), which allowed us to stay on budget and get what we wanted design-wise. The whole team was on the same page, and worked extremely well with their subcontractors. Monthly reporting was timely, accurate and reassuring. Weekly onsite progress meetings kept us apprised/informed, and we were able to make field adjustments as necessary in a timely way. The team routinely suggested interesting design ideas that now are enjoying daily. Now that we have been in the house for 2+ years, SSDB followthrough has been amazing, and we get compliments on our home pretty much everyday from people walking in the neighborhood. Can’t recommend SSDB highly enough!

Only1 Construction,Inc. 8 months agoOnly 1 construction with Young & Angela did an outstanding job in replacing the roof, gutters and down sprouts as part of the hail and storm damage. They planned out everything and was on property managing their workers during the entire installation. If you are looking for a highly professional team, then 1 construction is the place to go. I strongly suggest them.
