My experience with Meadow Landscape had been a roller coaster. I am a resident in a subdivision that Meadows Landscape has a landscaping contract with. They damaged/shattered my Storm door while working on the lawn. When I confronted the worker, he acknowledged that he did it but did not clean up the mess. I reached out directly to Meadows to clean the mess and replace the door. It took them 3 days to finally come out and clean the shattered glass. They also promised that they would replace the door within a few days. Fast forward almost 2 weeks from the incident, and they still have not replaced the door. I tried to contact them along with my HOA representative, and they have still not set up a date to replace the damaged property. If this is the way that they conduct business, I would advise any HOA or individual to not conduct business with them.

Have been with this company from the beginning• Ryan the owner is terrific and has great vision for landscaping• The regular maintenance is good overall. Communication when problems come up is terrible and follow through on timelines is poor.

Please read and beware. Unfortunately, we’ve spoken with Andrew at Meadows Landscapes on multiple occasions about our subdivision’s entrance. For some reason, Meadows Landscaping only cares about one side of our entrance, and let the other side become in disarray, overgrown, and unkept. Not sure why, but it’s something we’ve never seen before. Please beware, as it could happen to your beloved subdivision as well. Meadows Landscaping is getting paid to perform maintenance on both sides of the entrance. Yet, for months, they refuse to do a good job – preferring to only maintain one side. In our years of living in subdivisions, we’ve NEVER seen a company only maintain one side of an entrance. The service fee and contract dictates the maintain the entire entrance, yet they refuse to do so. We have pictures, video, and camera surveillance that shows this has been an issue for MONTHS. Yet, speaking with Andrew and his team, we’ve been met with a dismissed and combative attitude. He stated there’s “confusion” because he “saw his guys fix the issue”. Take a look at the pictures. Compare and contrast one side of the street with the other. Does the issue look fixed?? It’s comical and sad that this “company” has no regards for it’s long standing client. I guess, they didn’t bank on someone actually reporting their failed/lazy approach to the work they’ve been PAID to complete. We will simply work with the HOA to replace this poor excuse for a landscaping company with one that’s professional, comprehensive, and upstanding. One that respects its customers and stands behind their work. Please consider this review when thinking about spending your HOA or personal funds for landscaping maintenance. We’ve been patient, but this subpar work has gone on for MONTHS – on one side of our subdivision entrance. While the OTHER side was maintained much better. We’ve confirmed with the neighbor next to the other side that they’ve never had to touch the entrance. The mediocre Meadows Landscapes somehow found it in their schedule to maintain that side. While allowing the other side, simply across the street, to look overgrow. Failing to pick up limbs, prune the bushes, or even plan flowers. We had to ask them to actually plant the flowers on that side. It’s unbelievably unprofessional, confusing, strange, and unfortunately. Meadows Landscaping had one job – maintain the entrance. One job. And it apparently was and still is too hard for them to do properly. On top of that, the unprofessional attitude, and lack of honesty when fixing the issue is extremely alarming. They lack attention to detail and lack in quality – on one side of the street. There’s no excuse Buyer, Homeowner, HOA…beware. If they single you out and decide you don’t deserve for them to honor their contract, it can happen to you.

Meadows Landscaping has completed two jobs for me now at my home. Ryan, Jeff, & Luke combined were able to get me exactly what I needed at my property at a competitive price & provide a high quality installation. Would highly recommend to others!

Met with Ryan and discussed the project. He said I would have a quote in about a week. Followed up 2 weeks later, still no response. Tried to follow up one last time, totally ghosted me. Wasted my time, don’t waste yours too.

The work is sloppy, they never apologize or take responsibility for any damages. They have broken 3 of my landscape lights, cut a wire for my decorative fountain and broke 3 gate hinges. When we complained, the manager tried to put it on us or just responds with “Ok”. They sprayed grass killer around the entire perimeter of our back yard, including around our small trees. Again all you get is “ok” when we complained…no apologies or “what can we do to rectify the situation” They don’t care about the customer at all!
