I had a good experience with this company. The employee was very kind and helpful with helping me make sure I chose the perfect stone for our home. There are so many beautiful stones to choose from at American Stone Company. The young man who delivered our stones were very professional and knowledgeable with working the dump truck. We were pleased with how neat the stones were placed in the driveway.

I should have read the reviews before doing business with this company. I am fairly new in the area and strongly believe in supporting local businesses. The $85 deliver fee to go 3.8 miles should’ve been the first red flag. We watched the video on the security camera and it showed that he very nonchalantly dumped the pallet. He didn’t make any effort to check if he damaged anything. Well the rocks broke two of my solar panel lights. If they didn’t want my money and service, I wish they would’ve said it.

The delivery of the stones was dumped so badly that the stones and pallet were turned upside down while some spilled in my neighbor’s yard, and even worse, the driver made a huge pothole in my yard. The guy said that this is how we deliver the stones. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The delivery charge was 75.00, and this is the professionalism that I received. I would NOT EVER recommend this company.
