During heavy rush hour traffic one of their drivers, while pulling a trailer with a ride on mower, missed his lane change to get on 75N from Clark road. Instead of continuing down and making a turn at the light he was stopped and sitting in the middle of the divide. Like I said, heavy bumper to bumper traffic here and he chose to jet over, cutting us off and narrowly missing hitting us with his trailer. We only saved an awful accident by slamming on the brakes and veering off on to the shoulder which also caused my daughter in the back seat to hit her head on the window and strain her neck. When we pulled up alongside them at the light my husband rolled down his window and said “come on, man! That wasn’t cool and I’ve got kids in the back seat.” The truck full of men laughed at him and the driver gave him the middle finger while honking at us. Great image for how their employees choose to treat people. Not the best advertising 🤦🏽‍♀️

These people are very inconsiderate and not mindful. My family and I ate going to Ellenton outlet mall and almost got hit by these people. When my father had rolled down the window they had all flipped us off and didn’t even look at us. Not one out of the 5 or 6 people had tried to make the situation even when we tried do what you want I wouldn’t recommend.

My experience with Synergy has been nothing but Excellent, As the Landscaping Representative for a neighborhood on Harbour Island in Tampa, I worked closely and on a frequent basis with both Dave Kravetz, the president, and site manager Angero Vargas. Both men are extremely professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of landscaping. Their recommendations were spot-on and have improved the appearance of the neighborhood immensely. Among the many landscapers I have worked with in the past, their pricing is extremely reasonable. Keeping residents of Harbour Island happy about their landscaping is not an easy task, but Synergy rose to the occasion and delivered in full. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend this company as to customer service. I received a cost of work to be done and agreed. Upon receiving the invoice, the balance was more than the price agreed. I did call to confirm that I would pay the agreed price but the owner became rude and unprofessional during our call with no apologies in order. The transaction became about money instead of honesty. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This company has several crew members that are not well put together. They have no regards for people around them nor do many speak English. I’ve came across this company’s crew many times and it seems as if they have no value in the service they should be providing.
