Destroyed my yard. Been a customer for over a year, and had multiple discussions with them regarding multiple issues (note that only one person on the crew can speak English, and very, very broken at that) — deep ruts from their machines throughout my entire lawn (as well as “rotation marks” from their wheels), all edging is about two inches out from sidewalks (i.e., they’re wide, horrible looking trenches that are rivers when it rains,), everywhere they used a string trimmer is cut down to dirt (e.g., around all the edges of the grass), cut back all my plants so they look like garbage (for example, haphazardly cutting cardboard palms and arecas half-way up their fronds), several broken sprinkler heads (replaced at my cost), and the list goes on and on… they are not professionals who know what they’re doing, and certainly DO NOT CARE. I really tried to work with them, truly giving them feedback, space, and time, so it’s worth reiterating, they simply DO NOT CARE. I’ll be lucky if I can reverse all the damage over the next year.
