They don’t even deserve one star. Our HOA has been using them for a few years, and everything that was once new and nice is dead and gone. Management doesn’t seem to care about making any improvements. They either don’t train their employees, or they are always hiring incompetent ones. If you use Juniper, BEWARE. Response to owner – if you mean the MULTIPLE tickets and follow-ups that I’ve sent in via the Juniper Cares system? NO LUCK in getting any responses or solutions. The pictures below are from our lawn, which has gone several weeks without being mowed…and being promised at one point “they will be out there by the end of the day”…and that was last week…still no response even though they seem to be working on other areas of the neighborhood.

Thank you Juniper for servicing my community. Iram & Miguel are doing a fantastic job keeping the area clean and trimmed. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I live in Glenbrook (Clermont FL) and this landiscaping company is extremely horrible, they take care of the yard of all the properties in this neighborhood through the HOA, these pictures I added show the situation of the grass on my property and it has been poorly taken care of like this for over 6 months, and I also showed the dirt after 24 pruning service performed, they don’t bother to clean up the dirt.

Juniper is plagued with failure after failure to maintain our community’s landscaping needs because of their poor centralized oversight. The disconnect between representatives in their call center and field based employees at Juniper is as stark as it gets. Dead grass, broken irrigation, dying sod on pallets to replace said grass, overreactions to minor issues, no action to large issues, tickets closed multiple times by call center reps without action by field based techs, and or no response at all are each descriptions facing our 500+ home community on a broad and consistent basis over the last 3 years. The only thing Juniper is consistent with, is rotating their field supervisors on an ongoing basis from one community to another. It’s an intentional strategy that provides cover for Juniper to hide their incompetencies. Our community has quite literally witnessed hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted because of plantings that have died because of mishandling by Juniper. I’m confident Juniper, one day, will become the poster child on an investigative documentary that highlights how builder managed HOA’s can go terribly wrong through negligence of the landscaping companies they hire…

The worst landscaping company an HOA can ever have. 3 broken sprinkler head broken. Reported multiple tickets. Two reports to my management company and no response……you see them driving around but nothing! They are not even worth a one star.

So we moved into a community that Juniper does the landscaping for three months ago. They skip our tiny backyard every. Single. Week. I have to put in a work order ticket, get our HOA involved and basically have to freak out on people to get them to come cut our grass. I pay my HOA fees, I expect to have my lawn mown weekly along with everyone else but nope, they ALWAYS skip it. I have submitted countless work orders and called their main office more times than I care to admit. It gets them to come cut my grass that week, then they go back to skipping us. I’ve asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge of our community but they refuse to divulge that information or allow me to actually speak to anyone in charge who can make sure this gets fixed. A couple weeks ago I submitted yet another work order and these jerks literally closed out the ticket saying they had mown our lawn and they hadn’t even come by my house, let alone touched the lawn. They’re a dishonest, lazy company with useless customer service. I literally regret moving into this community all because of having to deal with Juniper. In the pictures you can see our yard, clearly not mown for several weeks, then the neighbors grass on the other side of the fence, which has clearly been mowed. Lived here three months, they come every week and they’ve MAYBE mowed our lawn four times (when they were supposed to) since we’ve been here.

We have Juniper Landscaping as our HOA contracted Landscapers. The management, Jimmy and Angel, for the crews have been excellent! They are very open to discussing concerns. Every time I have communicated with the crew in person, they have fulfilled their promises and even went as far as taking care of issues at no cost. Every crew member will stop what they are doing and talk to us. If they do not know the answer, they will message or call the lead and ask them to come by.

This company is a scam, I have sent multiple emails to the contact support and I have received zero response. I pay to get my yard mowed and they run their mowers up against my house and damage my property.
