Similar to another review here, DJ and team did a great job as part of the initial install. Once they got the majority of our money, their customer service and quality of the job went downhill. Long story short, a few short weeks after the install our rocks (that we paid a few thousand dollars for) started discoloring. Instead of correcting the problem, DJ gave us the run around and never fixed the problem. He tried to blame the company that sold him the defective rocks and told us to work with them directly even though we paid him! I honestly did not have the time or energy to go back and forth with him and decided we will not use this company for our backyard renovation. Buyer beware – do not use this vendor.

It takes me A LOT to spend my time writing a negative review for anyone – I will try my best to resolve any situation before making it public. However, Go2Scapes, specifically the owner, DJ, has made it impossible for that to happen by his unprofessional business manner and failure to respond. This company was great in the beginning – timely, caring, sending photos of suggestions, etc. But I guess once they get the bulk of your money, it’s all downhill from there. Go2Scapes removed and replaced 3 trees for me, turfed my entire backyard, replaced dead privacy hedges and added landscape stone. All was fine at first, until the hedges (8 of them) started dying again, which was promised wouldn’t happen due to the irrigation they fixed and ran. After months of requesting this get fixed and hedges replaced, they finally completed it…but the stress and time I had to take out of my own schedule to constantly follow-up and get it done was ridiculous. My main complaint is with the turf – within 2 weeks of it being installed, I noticed two spots where it was singed…burnt it looked like. It was in exact shape of a circle, with one area having what looked like drag marks. I reported this immediately to DJ, in which he started questioning how that could happen. I explained it had to be from his crew (as I hired them also for weekly maintenance) and their equipment being placed down/resting on the ground – whether this was their edger for the grass on the other side of my face, or the trimmer for the trees or the blower…I wasn’t sure. But when checking my cameras at the time when it would have occurred, his crew were the only ones that were in my backyard with anything even remotely close that could have caused the damage. I also spoke with my neighbor who has turf, and the same exact damage occurred in her backyard – from landscapers resting their equipment on the ground. LONG story short…I have communicated this to DJ MULTIPLE TIMES and it has been MONTHS and those areas still have not been replaced [as he said they would]. I called and texted weekly to follow-up, just to get the run-around and no resolution. The last straw was I found a new spot that was burnt and sent him a message, to which he immediately called me back, with annoyance, and said he had no idea how this was happening and he was NOT taking responsibility. He also told me “for the $200 a month for maintenance…go ahead and find someone else.” Can I very easily call another turf company to replace these now 4 spots that are damaged? Sure, but that’s not the point. This should not have to come out of my pocket, nor should I have been put in the position to constantly follow-up and ask for the same things to be done over and over again. DJ is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE business owners I have ever met. My family has a family owned and operated business for 3 generations and WOULD NEVER treat a customer this way – and then ghost. Literally. Are we in high school?! Hope this saves someone else the headache in the future!

I highly recommend Go2Scapes. They redid our entire front yard and we are blown away with how it came out. DJ and his crew are reliable, professional and hard working. We put our trust in DJ and couldn’t be happier we did, he’s an artist.

We used Go2Scape for all of the landscaping in our house, including the front lawn and the backyard. They did an amazing job and DJ was a pleasure to work with! Our landscaping is beautiful – we love it and have received many compliments. We would highly recommend them and would def. work with them again!

Amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Go2scape . I had a vision of what I was looking for and DJ came up with a plan to make that happen. He personally oversaw every detail of the work completed and the attention to detail was wonderful. If you need landscaping work completed you will not be disappointed within DJ’s work. I highly recommend!

DJ and his company Go2scape just finished landscaping my entire front yard. There are no words to describe his creativity and design. He found unique plants that are magnificent. He is very professional and easy to work with. He is timely and very attentive. I had neighbors driving by daily with amazing compliments. DJ is one of a kind. He loves what he does and it shows. His crew worked from early in the morning to the end of the day. They new exactly what to do and DJ was here every day to oversee and did some manual labor himself. He’s a great find.

DJ and his team were amazing to work with and really brought our vision to life better than we could imagine! They were extremely efficient yet meticulous with their work and the owner DJ was very communicative and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this company and we will be using them again next year to transform our front yard this time!

Working with Duje and his team has been a phenomenal process from start to finish. They have gone over and beyond to make sure that we loved the end result. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to help us with our landscaping project. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable, professional, on time, clean/neat and artistic company!!!
