Apartment resident here at becks pond. This company starts cutting grass regularly before 7 am. Big mowers, weed whackers, and blowers all fired up simultaneously at full throttle first thing in the morning. In addition to that one week after the grass cutting my metal ordiments were bent from the mowing nearby, the next week after mowing they were missing, I guess they got damaged and the worker decided to just throw it away and pretend nothing happened. On top of all of this, they spray grass clippings all over my patio and leave them there, and blow my door mat and furniture all over the patio when they come by with the leaf blower.

I just wanted to say how very much we appreciate these guys. We have had them do work for us in the past on our front steps and walkway, which we are still pleased with many years later. So we call for their craftsmanship and professionalism again. They just finished our amazing patio and steps, which we are still looking at with pleasure today. And when you talk about going the extra mile, we had a problem that actually called for a contractor. They step in to inshore that the customer was truly satisfied when they was finished. I am forever grateful for what they did to help us out in what could have been a difficult moment. I really appreciate and enjoyed the times you were here. JOB WELL DONE! Thanks again Michael 📬

Keener-Sensenig won our project with a very fair price and excellent reviews from acquaintances. They ended up as professional, thorough, and easy to work with as promised. Our backyard and sideyard project included drainage installation, regrading, landscape fabric mulch compost and sod installation, belgium block outline, full patio install, vegetation delivery and planting, and sidewalk installation. The crews worked efficiently and with no apparent errors. The job leads were always willing to talk, troubleshoot, and make suggestions when issues came up. When our drainage system was overwhelmed during a heavy storm, the crew returned and installed more robust contingency drainage outlets. The workmanship in the hardscape (belgium block / patio) and the landscape (sod) is particularly noticeable. The guys have a great sense of humor and fielded a neighbor’s questions / concerns gracefully before getting us involved as needed. We have already recommended this company to several friends and their jobs are now in progress. We plan to reach out to Keener-Sensenig first for bids on any future projects.

We have used Keener-Sensenig for over 8 years for our weekly lawn service/maintenance. In this time, Keener-Sensenig has additionally basically redesigned our entire landscaping, built our patio (2012), built our front walk (2012), and built an “addition” to our patio and added Belgian block to our driveway (2020). The quality and craftsmanship of the work that the Keener-Sensenig team does is truly incredible. This is a family run business – a father, his 3 sons, and their sons – plus crews of long service employees from outside the family. Each member of the Keener-Sensenig team is a joy to work with and takes tremendous pride in the work that they do. I cannot recommend the landscaping and hardscaping services of Keener-Sensenig enough. This is a wonderful company run by incredible people who do gorgeous and creative work!

We needed to replace a rustic slate path across a quarter acre so that my disabled husband could get from the house to the driveway in his wheelchair when he was discharged to come home. Dana came out the day I called in October, and gave me three well-thought-out options. He warned me that there were a lot of jobs ahead of us, but they were here by mid-November. The crew was fantastic to work with. They were thoughtful about my husband’s needs, using a huge fan so he wouldn’t be exposed to stone dust when he sat on the porch. I wish I could post a picture because their work was beautiful and was finished in less than a day. Highly recommend.

Not sure what ‘work’ the others rating here had done but…. Keener-Sensenig did a great job for us on a very large job in Spring 2019. It was a significant remediation job and 2 other companies had already expressed concerns about the job. But Keener-Sensenig came in with a honest quote, on time work and professional clean up. Top notch, honest, quality work at every turn. So many little details that they did very well. We love the way the work looks and, more importantly, love the way they were able to remediate & also update our hardscaping. I would give them 6 stars if I could for this well done job. They came referred from a friend who used them over 10 yrs ago and still loves his hardscaping.

Keener-Sensenig installed two bluestone and brick walkways and covered our front porch in bluestone in Oct 2018. Not only does it look great, they were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
