Echoing all the other 5-star reviews here. Nathan was extremely personable and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a backyard design already in hand and were looking for someone to come in and bring it to life. We collected a couple bids but knew after our first meeting with Nathan that we were going to move forward with Roo Landscaping if the estimate came back within budget (it obviously was, and was very fairly priced as well). It was apparent during this initial meeting that he was both extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the work that needed to be done. He answered all of our questions and walked through what the process would look like from start to finish if we were to move forward. He was professional but also super casual and easy to talk to which made interactions enjoyable and productive. Project timeline played out just as he described. We ran into a few unforeseen issues with the yard along the way (as to be expected), but he made sure we chatted through solutions together so that we were well informed and comfortable with what needed to happen. He’s got a great crew of guys and stopped by multiple times a day to check in and run through everything. He even spent a couple days working with them on the yard which was awesome to see as the client. Seeing him here and so involved showed that he cared about the work being done well, even on a smaller project like ours. It also helped ensure everything was completed super quick! The end result was exactly what we wanted. Our yard looks amazing and I can’t stress enough how easy and stress free the whole experience was. He was able to keep the total bill at the same price as his estimate even with some extra work being required which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Roo Landscaping and will definitely reach out to Nathan again if we ever need work done in the future.

Nathan has been super easy to work with! He’s professional and always responsive. He and his crew worked fast and did an excellent job. They had to regrade everything, put in irrigation, concrete walkways and stairs, and lay sod and plantings. Not only did they do an excellent job, but Nathan could not be a nicer guy. One day I got a flat tire on my way to meet him, and he came out to help me change it. Talk about going above and beyond! They made what could have easily been a very stressful process seamless. We would definitely use Roo Landscaping again!

Nathan and his crew were a true delight to work with – very flexible and professional, and I have a lovely yard to enjoy! He was able to help navigate low water use plant selection, available rebates, and even calmed a concerned neighbor. The project was finished on time, and turned out beautifully. Nathan and his team at Roo landscaping did a fantastic job of turning our outdated and un-loved front and back yard into a true work of beauty. We went in with some ideas and Nathan was able to take those ideas and implement them where possible and to re-direct when unfeasible for the location but give us solid alternatives. Everything from plant choosing, irrigation, care techniques and placement was well thought out and finalized with care and attention.

Nathan did a great job converting our design on paper into a wonderful backyard landscape in real life. Great use of plants and hardscape at a reasonable cost. Also replaced some of the heat stressed plants at no cost. I highly recommend!

I used Roo Landscaping & Garden Care for more than listed above. They completely removed almost all of our lawn front & back, designed the landscape & hardscape, installed plants native to our area, & did an amazing job. The staff were perfect gentlemen. The owner answers texts/phone calls, doesn’t make you wait for a return call. The job was completed mid 2022. I will continue to have this company take care of the maintenance of my yard at least twice a year. The staff doesn’t hesitate to ask to make sure if I am satisfied with the work or if there is anything else I would like them to take of when doing maintenance. I highly recommend Roo Landscaping & Garden Care.

Roo Landscaping was referred to us for a full front and back yard design and installation. Our yards incorporated irrigation, plant recommendations, planting and maintenance. The owner was responsive, genuine and knowledgeable. He helped us pick plants that were better suited for our landscaping and had additional contractors (cement driveway and pathway) that were just as professional and reasonably priced. He gave us insight on irrigation systems to pick one that worked best with our tech and landscape needs. We highly recommend Roo Landscaping.

Nathan listened to our needs and desires and came up with an attractive and low maintenance landscape design. The installation was very quick and Nathan delivered exactly as promised. His team was very nice and professional. I’d highly recommend.

Installed metal trellises in backyard. Built deck off side door in front yard and built railing around deck. Removed existing front yard (house on a corner), and backyard. Installed new sprinklers and drip, timer, new stamped concrete driveway and attached walkway to gate (concrete subcontractor), contacted blue-stone tile installer for walkway to front door. All work done wonderfully ! He knows where to place large boulders and gives excellent recommendations for landscape design and plant choices. We had front yard designed by a landscape architect he frequently works with. The front yard was installed in 2019 and everything, shrubs and trees, etc., all doing Great! Backyard was completed in 2021 and most shrubs are doing well. We get more sun exposure in backyard so we’ve replaced a few plants, which is to be expected and Nate is Very Responsive about replacing plants as needed. We highly recommend Roo Landscaping without reservation!
