Raymus Development & Sales 2 years agoI left a career of 9 years to join this team. Then I was fired 7 days in, no warning and no reason. You hope for integrity out of an employer and I didn’t even get common courtesy. Now I have to look for a new job and explain why I got fired 6 days in. They didn’t offer me a reference cause “they were moving in a different direction.” I’m a hard worker, I have a wife, a son, and a mortgage. Oh well and ill work it out. If your looking for a quality employer with strong morals dont apply here. You would have a better chance at Amazon honestly.

MP Builds a month agoPatricia and her team are charming but incompetent and dishonest. They lack the basic knowledge to retrieve easement information from the publicly accessible county website. She wasted two months preparing her design, and after submission, the city rejected it due to easement restrictions. I had to contact the city and county offices myself to learn how to obtain the necessary information. Even after providing this to Patricia, I had to guide her on how to navigate the easement restrictions and properly design the ADU. Her incompetence was further highlighted when she placed a full-size water heater in the attic. So far, she has received four comments, and my project has been pending for almost a year. Although she blames the city, I know my neighbor secured their permit from the same city within two months. DO NOT HIRE them for your project unless you want to experience endless delays and frustrations.
