I worked for a week with them in the yards and doing delivery, I was the driver, but the partner who was driving alone wanted to take her away while drinking alcoholic beverages in the truck when I was driving. That puts my driving license at risk, bringing someone drunk as a passenger and Arturo did it. You know, I told him that I didn’t want that boy as a partner, he got upset and ran me away, it seems like he doesn’t care that I’m drinking in the company’s buses, driving is a great irresponsibility.

After comparing bids from multiple design & installation companies, we chose ThunderScapes due to their experienced designer, reputation for quality, & personal recommendations. They walked us through the process of what to expect with their designers to help bring our vision to life while partnering with both their pool & landscape companies, Thunderbird & ThunderScapes met our expectations every time. Their Customer Service department kept us up to date on the next steps in the construction process and were very responsive to our questions and any concerns. We were very pleased with the communication & follow-up throughout the process as both our pool and landscaping were completed in the estimated timeframe. We highly recommend ThunderScapes!

I recently hired ThunderScapes to install a new landscape for my front and backyard. I was so impressed with their work, and I wanted to write a review to share my experience. Thunderscapes is phenomenal, my wife had an idea and they made everything so simple. From selecting the plants to the layout, it looks amazing. I’m extremely glad we went with travertine on the existing patio and for the deck, the installers did a great job and knocked it out way faster than I had thought. Thank you!

Thunderscapes did our landscaping when Thunderbird Pools installed our swimming pool in 2021. Arturo and his team were fantastic, attentive, timely, and very good at their job. As with all work of this nature, things did not go perfectly. Arturo and Thunderscapes made sure everything was tended to properly and kept me informed along the entire journey. Recently, I had a plumbing leak in the backyard (in wall, not related to any landscaping). The plumber repairs the leak, but left a hole in the wall and the sprinkler system offline (had to cut sprinkler line to repair leak). Vivian was very responsive and quick to schedule. Thunderscapes came out right away and charged a very fair price to patch the wall and repair sprinkler system. 5 stars for service, reliability, and price.

Thunderscapes provided our backyard landscaping including a large area of pavers and travertine in early 2020. With some recent rain and over the past couple of years we have had some settling in the travertine areas creating some uneven surfaces. I called their service department and they sent out a crew to fix several areas at no cost to me, even though we were outside the warranty period. They did great job and took care of my concerns within 1 week of my call. Excellent customer service! Thank you very much!

We used Thunderscapes to do the landscaping along with our pool from Thunderbird Pools. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. The work proceeded very quickly. Thunderscapes provided all new landscaping in the front, side, and backyard around the pool including pavers, travertine decking, fire pit, pergola, built in BBQ, turf, landscape lighting and irrigation and plants. All of the crews were very meticulous and professional. Arturo was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Thunderscapes has been a great company that has thorough and great workers. These guys have crushed it and even with fast installation quality was still there. My house has been transformed from dirt to an amazing get together spot for friends and family to enjoy. Highly recommend using them.
