Turf Monsters did an amazing job completely transforming our backyard! Ryan helped us come up with the best design for us and made excellent recommendations. He was very responsive to all our questions. Raoul and his team went above and beyond in the summer heat to get the job done. I can’t praise all of these guys enough. Do not use Turf Monsters. I paid close to $10,000. The day the job was finished weeds were growing in my rocks and through my turf. I paid for 8 plants and a drip system which never worked and the plants died. I have contacted the sales rep, the Phoenix office amd project manager scheduler. They said the nutsedge is not considered a weed that they remove . Of course NEVER mentioned prior to my project and told me they most likely wouldn’t be able to get rid of it but gladly asked for an addition $300.00 to try. I would have gladly included it in the upfront cost to get it removed properly prior to the laying the turf and landscape. Now it is just ruined and a waste of my hard earned money. Please don’t waste yours! The problem with the drip system has been identified but no one came back out to adjust the water pressure or flow. No I am not touching anything until after I contact The Register of Contractors. I’m a single women who saved and planned so that I could have a nice back yard for my grandkids to play in! Turf Monsters stink, stay away from them. There are plenty of better companies out there. Turf Monster or just Monsters!

Don’t believe what they say when you get an estimate. First off Jeff said they would cap off all the sprinkler heads and disconnect the sprinklers. All they did was cut the wires to the solenoids and then cut the water lines in the irrigation box. Herein lies the problems and the reason for 1 *. They did not cap any of the heads or the lines in the irrigation box. We also asked him about having 2 areas between the patio and grass covered that are 3×4. He said there would not be enough material left and they would have to piece these areas together and it will not look good. Well push comes to shove we have 1 piece left over that is 5 feet wide and 11 feet long and another that is 4×3 which would have been plenty to do these 2 areas. When he came for the inspection I told him about it and he said he would have someone come out and cap the lines and also have someone come back to do the 2 sections he said there would not be enough material left over to complete it correctly. Someone finally did come out to cap the lines. After contacting Jeff he said that Armondo who was the crew foreman will call us to have it done. It’s been 3 weeks and we are still waiting. He also stated we would receive a packet with care and warranty info along with a cleaner and how to use it. All we received was an Email with info about the warranty and the product. We had other quotes and they all said doing those 2 sections would not be a problem and was included in the price. Make sure you get everything in writing as to what’s going to be done before giving a deposit with Turf Monsters. We will be happy to upgrade our review if someone would contact us about getting what was agreed to be done completed.

After speaking with a few companies my family and i decided to go with turf monsters. and i am so happy we did. everything went so great and smoothly but jordyn specifically was amazing, so helpful, and insightful!

Project started 6/24, completed 6/27/2024. Excellent experience from start to finish. Original quote was well positioned, we chose from 10 bids. They started exactly when scheduled, and on time; the workers were here long past 8 hours but were cheerful and never flagged. Any questions they had were asked as necessary and communication was good. Final payment was not requested until the project manager (Tim Jones) walked the property with us and was satisfied we had no issues. There were no surprises, no changes or increase to price. The crew came back to unclog a drip line and is still coming back to pick up some leftover quarter minus and blocks/pavers but the job is complete and we are 100% satisfied.
