Had one of your drivers make a right, off of Dysart Rd going southbound, turning 5 miles an hour onto Western Ave in Avondale. He then proceeded to drive slowly, provoking me by tapping brakes. Makes another turn slightly wide right, then hard left in a street adjacent parking spot opposite of traffic! With no signal! Driving one of your Mariposa company trucks you would think safety is part of the requirements. Dangerous, incompetent drivers will jeopardize a company into getting sued. Count on it.

I’m not sure about their work but I just watched one of their work trucks with a trailer plow over a median and almost hit a car and truck just so they could get into the gas station before everyone else. If you want to drive recklessly and put others in danger don’t do it in your company vehicle.

Pretty petty I live in a community where they did work, and normally do work. Workers left a bunch of their trash after a work day. I called them and let them know about this, to which they later picked up. They where still working in the community putting plants. From what I can see, we seem to be the only house that didn’t get flowers like the rest of the houses. Out of the 4 sets, not 1 set of flowers to us while other houses have at least one in their set of 4. Now why would my place be the only one without flowers while every other house has flowers ???

TRAFFIC VIOLATION! Truck in lane- almost got in an accident! DANGEROUS!! They were parked in the middle of the right lane and bike lane with their hazards on at the top of the hill on a very busy street with no cones set out to divert traffic to another lane and I saw almost 2 accidents because cars had to come to a dead stop from going 50 miles an hour to a complete stop because this truck was parked in the lane. (On Gilbert Rd and McKellips in Mesa, AZ). VERY DANGEROUS!! Then the truck would move up a few feet when their landscapers were done with a certain area, but still no cones out to divert traffic. THIS IS A TRAFFIC VIOLATION!

Blocked Business access street with their Rig and trailer. No respect for the local business traffic. during busy work hours. No one was in the rig and was just parked there. With plenty of parking space around it. If this is how your park I can only imagine the work you guys do.

I applied at Mariposa Landscaping, landscaping is in my family and my grandmother owns a Family own Landscaping comoany. I love working for the Company, but what i do NOT appreciate is Having the Foreman making me do the hard labor as he uses a rake to only clean. I called The Supervisor Francisco, and when i explained to him i have a pulled muscled due to the previous days work, he said all im doing is complaining, which isnt true when i clearly stated that ” i want to stay with the company”,then he continued to laugh at me and then FIRED me. I was fired 20 minutes ago and must search for employment elsewhere I look for work with A Company who treats their employess with fairness and respect, and unfortunately MARIPOSA landscaping and Francisco the Supervisor trully do not carry those Characteristics i look for so much in a company. Unfortunately this leaves me no choice but to leave a 1 star review for This Company. I am the owner of BRUTEFORCE N.F.E CLOTHING COMPANY.

My husband works for this company and has had several heat strokes while working for them. This company fails to take care of their employees. The supervisors that are in charge of the crews lack competence. They are in violation of several OSHA rules. They do not provide cold water for employees often times their designated foreman’s drop crews off at job sites and take off leaving no cold water or where to go in the event of emergency. When employees get over heated they are expected to continue working. They don’t seek medical attention or treatment for workers who have had heat stroke. They just don’t care about following the rules or providing a safe environment for employees. Is this the kind of company you want to give your patronage too? Is this the kind of company we want to support? We are in Arizona and everyone knows how critical it is to provide the essentials to employees working in excessive heat under duress. This company fails at every aspect when it comes to labor and health laws.
