Gave them $5k deposit and they came and did some work then they said the turf would come in 2 weeks so 2 weeks later they came back and laid down the turf. Its uneven, has ripples, you can see the stakes in the ground, the edges arent tucked in, and the seem is horribly visible. Its like they made the area of the turf too big or they ordered wrong size turf. I contacted them via text, email, and phone calls and they wont answer me. I simply was trying to ask them if they are done. They have completely ghosted me and wont return any response. Now im trying to find someone else to come fix this eye sore.

Our landscaping project came out beautifully once we hired Barrett’s to help refine what we wanted. They did a fantastic job of clearing out more space in our yard, allowing in more natural light and space for grass, without losing the natural flow of a somewhat wooded lot.
