I hired Top of the Line to build an oversized stone patio, xeriscape, and install irrigation in my property. Carlos was quick to reply and the quote was very competitive. When the patio was done, there were things that we didn’t like, and he quickly fixed them. We are happy customers and recommend Top of the Line to all our friends
