I hired Raymond to complete a landscape project after a landscape architect designed it. From the beginning of the project he possessed the Landscape Architect Design. The following is what transpired after I hired him. He collected a total of $34,436 dollars and refused to complete the job. Please view pictures of the ongoing pooling of water around my back porch. The water collects each time the sprinkler system turns on because it is not graded properly. He decided to place rocks on top of this pooling water in an effort to cover up the water instead of fixing the issue. It did not fix the problem. I now have water that pools underneath the rocks, the mosquito’s are swarming in this area and it stinks. Raymond began this job on January 8, 2021. He originally told me he would complete the entire job by February 20, 2021. He quit on May 4, 2021. The landscape project is incomplete and there are various different types of sod he laid in my yard. He charged me for Zoysia. Please view the pictures. Much of the grass died due to an inoperable sprinkler system. The violations are numerous. I do not recommend this company to do your landscape work.

I was referred to them by a friend who had great experiences using them. The quality of work was great however the communication and time tables were horrible. I was told my work would be no more than a 2 day job. My job ended up taking a full 2 weeks. I was kept in the dark the entire time. Whenever I was able to get ahold of Raymond, I was given false completion dates. I would not refer them to anyone that wants a job done in a timely fashion.

Raymond reviewed what we discussed with his group and followed up with them during the work. All items were completed quickly and as promised. Took 3 days and yard kept clean each day before they left. Yard looks great. Thanks Raymond.

I would like to thank Mr Balderas and his crew for clearing my property at Canyon Lake. His knowledge of HOA rules and boundaries plus his relationship with all authorities involved made everything easy and seamless. Start to finish took 2 days for 2acres with very reasonable cost. Thanks again to Bluebonnet Landscaping.
