Matthew came to my house to make some irrigation repairs today. In the days between when I had scheduled the appointment and he came to my place, an additional problem came up. Initially, he was unsure if he had time to address the scheduled problem + the new problem. Matthew was stellar! He worked quickly, he got every issue with our irrigation system fixed, he was polite, he cleaned up after himself, and he even went the extra mile to fix a couple of sprinkler heads that he noticed weren’t working well. I can always count on the guys at Drake’s 7 Dees to fix problems the first time, arrive when scheduled, to explain things to me respectfully, and charge a fair price.

We were extremely pleased with our service technician, Lee Clifton. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had good ideas to address our concerns, he made the necessary adjustments to improve our filtration system, and he did a fantastic job cleaning our pond. He even moved a fountain light so that our waterfall would be more aesthetically pleasing. He was personable and thoughtful in his work. We would highly recommend Drake’s 7 Dees and Lee.

Paul is absolutely wonderful and thorough! He really took the time to assess and fix the sprinklers in the yard and made it a point to then review his recommendations and observations with me.
