Bermuda Ridge Landscaping & Construction a week agoLandscaping job started out well in the spring. Good communication and hard working crew. Mulch was put on too thin and bare spots started showing. Half the plants put in have died. Was advised by Rowdy to contact him about dead plants for replacement. Have attempted contact multiple times with no response. We try to support local businesses but this was a big disappointment. Discouraging because he had such great reviews. Wouldn’t recommend.

Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to the details was 5 stars all the way. Above all …. They listened to ideas and concerns and handled each and every one of them with great care! Ten Arrows …. Great people! Do not hesitate to give them your business. You will not be disappointed!

STR8 UP Roofing & Construction 20 hours agoIf I could give a zero star rating I would. This company is full of scam artists and shady business dealings with sketchy record keeping. Anytime you’re asked if you have pictures to prove that they did work, you should be concerned. I feel like my dad was targeted for a scam because he is completely disabled and was unable to go out and check and see what they were doing and because he’s elderly. We had been emailing back and forth for a couple of weeks trying to get this figured out and the last response we received is posted in the pictures. Once this review is posted now they’re calling the house wanting to resolve it. We’d already been trying to resolve it and had basically been disrespected and called liars until we forwarded the check that they cashed for the siding that they didn’t do. If they legitimately don’t have a record of the check that they received, then that’s also problematic and questionable. They told us that insurance companies don’t make checks out to them; they just make it out to the homeowner, but luckily our insurance company made the check out to both the homeowner and the business so it’s a little harder to claim they didn’t get paid for it and they didn’t do it. And to be clear, we will not discuss anything on the phone with them because of their shady business dealings. All communication is going to need to be in writing.
