Obviously I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience with Bare Roots. In addition to being extremely unprofessional and rude, one time when I called to ask questions Ian told me that he didn’t think it would work out and that we should just cancel and then when he was supposed to refund my deposit of $800 he stole $300 from me by charging me 3 consultation fees which is against the contract! No where in the contract does it allow for any consultation fees to be charged. And I’m not the one that canceled, he did. Horrible horrible company! Don’t go anywhere near them. Liars, thieves, a huge con job and Ian is just the worst to try to deal with. I wish I had read these negative reviews before I decided to hire them. But I guess if you can’t deliver the goods, you just steal it! Maybe they’re broke. Wouldn’t surprise me.

I was recommended to this company by a local storage shed company. I spoke with the owner on several occasions. We had purchased a 12×20 shed.and needed a level limestone pad to put it on. When the job was finished it measured 19’1” When I telephoned him he argued with me and used profanity. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

So ive been trying to get ahold of this company for a few weeks now, and a man calls and says well we dont see that you called and then says “sorry it didnt work out with us” and hung up immediately. Caled him back to address the situation and i got called a “cunt”

I used Bare Root for snow removal in the winter and also had them mow and do a landscape install this spring/summer! Great company and very professional to deal with. Will definitely be employing them for all my outdoor needs. It’s hard to find a company to rely on for great work every time but bare root definitely has made that possible.
