They nailed the design of our space, flawlessly moved it through the HPC since we are in the historic district, the team was professional & kind onsite, and the communication on the progress of our job was frequent and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Element. I reached out after being ghosted by other company’s and from the first phone call with Amy, to the final walkthrough of our extensive project the communication and work was flawless. Initially, Daniel came out to meet about a design and within 20 minutes he had a rough design sketched on his iPad that was exactly what I was trying to accomplish. From there we worked with Daniel, John, Drew, Sergio and their crews…all phenomenal. We can’t wait to enjoy our new space!

Elements has been maintaining our since January of this year and has exceeded our expectations. You never have to manage their employees. They come weekly and do what needs to be done without being asked. They even cleaned out the areas like behind the garage. They hand weed the garden.The supervisors routinely walk the property to make sure everything is taken care of. When I wanted to fix some irrigation and relocate plants three supervisors arrived and wrote everything down so the project went perfectly. This service is more expensive than the mow and blow services, but you get what you pay for, and I find it’s worth the investment.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Element Design! From our first phone conversation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled in such a professional manner. They are meticulous, polite, professional and hard working. Always cleaned up at the end of the day never leaving anything behind. The design team listened to our ideas and overall look we wanted to achieve and totally nailed it in the first try! If I could give them 100 Stars I would! Absolutely the best landscape design company in Wilmington!

Design was done very collaboratively with the designer who developed the plan. All our input was valued and incorporated along with suggestions as to what would work with our vision. Work was done on time, installed per the design and jobsite was kept clean and organized throughout the install.

Element brought inspired design, a professional team and flawless execution to our re-envisioned front yard. We wanted a more refined entrance, but also desired a solution that would be habitat friendly for pollinators and birds. We couldn’t be more delighted with the finished project. Highly recommend.
