W & P LEGACY CORPORATION 11 months agoW & P Legacy Corporation is an amazing company to work with! Wilson the owner is a smart, hard working and very talented contractor. He is extremely responsive, detail oriented and respectful. He did an amazing job renovating my entire 1927 Tudor. He is extremely knowledgable and did everything from opened walls and adding structural beams to the detailed finishing touches. They are skilled at all contracting work. Interior demolition, removing walls, adding support, insulation, sheet rocking and taping, painting, wood work, kitchen cabinets, bathroom remodeling and tile work. They work well with other trades and have great relationships with plumbers and electricians. I will continue to work with W & P Legacy Corporation for many years and highly recommend them.

W&C General Contractor 3 years agoWe have used this company for more than 5 years. They have done lots of landscaping for us that has turned out beautifully. They have removed trees for us and are always very careful not to do harm to the surroundings. We have also had stone work done. Carlos and Wilson are always very polite and respectful, as well as all of their employees. Dependable, reliable, fair prices always! Planning my “ spring” work for them now! Would never call anyone else!

Sunshine Home Remodeling 3 months agoWe hired Sunshine Home Remodeling to do some extensive renovations — a complete redo of the kitchen, master bath, painting, and floors. Carlos and his crew were highly responsive, very efficient, and did amazing work. The attention to detail was incredible, and the final product beautiful. Carlos managed the whole project, coordinating with the plumber and electrician, and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve already recommended Sunshine to others, and will continue to do so (and will be bringing them back for more work on our place)!

Milton was honest and transparent with the project and his team completed the project on time and budget… and the upgrade looks great! Looking forward to working with Milton on future projects!
