We called Dr. Cut for help with our yard. Rick was so easy to work with. Him and a crew of guys transformed our yard, we couldn’t be happier. Would recommend Dr. Cut 100%!

Unprofessional and unreliable. I called him for a fall cleanup on Nov 2 — he said he would complete the job before Thanksgiving. On the day before Thanksgiving I figured he wouldn’t meet his original obligation so I called him again to see when he could come. He said he’d do the job that Monday. Never showed up, never called me. Terrible business practice. I ended up calling Precision Landscaping and they came on the agreed upon day and time and did an amazing job.

I’ve never used Dr. Cut but if I was considering using a landscaping service I would NEVER call this one. They service my next door neighbor and continuously trample my gardens when they are there. I have chased their guys out of MY BACK YARD (which is fenced in) and asked them repeatedly to not trample my gardens. Yesterday I complained to their leader/manager about his guys trampling my yard and blowing leaves onto my property that we just raked. He first defended their actions, but then conceded to come today and clean up their mess. Guess what- my yard is still a mess. What a joke of a company. Hope they see this and just know, next time I catch your guys in my back yard I’m calling the police.
