True Paradise and masonry design executed an exceptionally beautiful project in my backyard. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Every time I gaze upon my transformed backyard, I am in awe of the incredible work they accomplished. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking similar services.

Shocked this other guy has a good review about a rock wall. Must have been what they were working on the for the last 2 months financed by my money. Or perhaps just a friend. Nonetheless…. I paid 12725 for removal of a concrete slab and deck plus ordering of initial materials for a pool, patio, driveway install around 60K total. Two months after money was disbursed there were not materials delivered, deck and slab were removed, no other prep. Unable to get a time he would begin work. Finally got a start date 3 weeks later. Start day came and went and was pushed back another two weeks. Said he couldn’t start my job because he took on other jobs for cash flow to pay workers to do my job. Finally decided to end contract before he got anymore money from us. Ended up paying 2725 to him for the slab and deck removal (claimed it was almost 1700 just for concrete dumping fee, checked with town it was 1000max for 20 tons). My wife told him that we would take the materials he ordered instead of a cash refund as long as he gave us receipts to see that the materials actually added up to 10K and were fair market price. No invoice or receipt was provided. Lawyer advised to give him the rest of the week to produce the money just in case he actually ordered stuff and was just bad with paperwork. If no progress, we begin legal avenue Monday. Will keep you posted, if money is refunded will delete review.

Terrible service, went against our contract and never even finished the job. Unreliable, didn’t answer calls, made excuses for why they couldn’t show up for weeks on end. Would not recommend to anyone.
