The Waterfall team did a great job cleaning up after the recent hurricane. We had a lot of debris all around and they took care of it in their usual efficient manner. Dwight Condo Duplex.

Truly terrible service. Damage done to our front door, tire skids on our lawn and driveway, services not completed including summer weed care and fall cleanup. My husband and I have made multiple calls, texts and emails to get any response at all, with no resolution to these issues. Total charge for this glorious lawn you see documented – about $2500. And these pictures don’t even truly capture it, just to give you a sense of how poor a job they did. Mid summer, our lawn was more weeds than grass, despite being charged for care. No leaf clean up for 3 weeks. When I was able to reach them, excuses made about weather interrupting their service. However, we were the only house on our block with leaves all over the lawn. Somehow other landscapers managed it. Unsurprisingly, they do manage to bill us every month. That’s the only aspect Waterfall is sure to follow through on, albeit billing for services not rendered. Not worth the headache or the money. Learn from my mistake, if you want your lawn to look like ours, by all means, hire Waterfall.

My lawn started looking terrible since Franklin took over. I went through my cameras and saw that his guys come to my curb, parked, and half hour later a guy came out and put a flag that said Pesticide treated area, got in his car and left! I tried contacting Franklin, but he never returns calls or texts and you end up chasing after him. I’ve paid so much money for all these lawn treatments that I never got! And I should have known as my lawn looks terrible and he even agreed with me! That’s besides the other work that he says that he will do and months pass by and nothing gets done.

Couldn’t ask for a more timely and professional landscaping service. The teams roll in without any sort of issue and get the job done right. They offer snow removal services in the winter which is an incredible service. Keep up the good work!

The staff is professional, timely and courteous. They came to the house and knew exactly what to do with no time wasted. I highly recommend waterfall services.
