UPDATED REVIEW 5/20/2024: We hired Kyle in the summer of 2022. He uses our home in all of his online marketing. While the pictures appear beautiful, the truth is that after six months and a total budget of over $140,000 the patios Kyle installed failed. Any time it rains, snows, or the temperature swings – all things that happen daily – the patios will shift, sink, and wobble. Initially Kyle told us how embarrassed he was and he promised to have everything fixed before summer 2023. Here we are over a year later with no resolution. Kyle will blame suppliers, vendors, weather, or anything else he can think of, but he has been stringing us along as he continues to work on other projects. Kyle promised all of his work came with a lifetime warranty, but we have been working with him for nearly 18 months and still nothing has been resolved. We have reached out to him countless times to express our frustration and displeasure and we know other clients who we referred to Kyle who are stuck in the same experience. He knows he needs to rip up the patio and install it again with the correct polysand, but he doesn’t want to take the time and effort to do so. So, we are still waiting. In addition to the patio issues, we still do not have a functioning water feature. This was supposed to be the focal point of our backyard patio, but after it continued to break and fail all last summer Kyle removed it and promised to reinstall a new one with updated piping. We are still waiting. The quality of the plants Kyle installed were horrible with most things dying after a few months. Our priority was 13 arborvitae trees along the backyard perimeter to create privacy, but the trees showed up damaged and looking like deer had already eaten them. Kyle promised to reinstall these with the full and correct trees we ordered and paid for. We are still waiting. This spring we had to replace all of the plants ourselves and reach out to another contractor to mulch our yard. Kyle assured us we were a priority and he would have all of this work done for us annually. Kyle will take your call today and promise you the moon, but our experience working with him has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not worth the money or time spent or the aggravation caused. ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/20/2022: We found Kyle online through his portfolio. We loved his style and were hoping he could bring that to our home! He was very responsive right from the first phone call and every email and text throughout the entire project. His design was well thought out and he was always checking in to make sure we were happy with the project through all stages. We have worked with countless contractors and I can honestly say Kyle is top notch.

Very happy with my front walkway. Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He brought some great ideas to the project. Good quality work. Walkway should last a long time and it came out beautiful.

Called Kyle last minute to do a small job for us at our new construction and was blown away by his responsiveness and follow through. He completed the work in one day and even noticed one of our granite steps (installed by a different contractor) needed to be flipped over for safety reasons. Appreciate his attention detail and natural design aesthetic. We look forward to designing the rest of our project with him. Robinson’s is very trustworthy and will bend over backwards to deliver within a timely manner. Very rare find!

Kyle Robinson stopped by at no charge to give me an estimate on several landscaping projects I want to do next year. At the same time, I was having a problem with water drainage on my sandstone driveway which he offered to fix asap. The driveway is now fixed and safe. I highly recommend him.

Robinson’s Landscaping Construction was recommended by a neighbor for whom he completed a large project. We have been pleased with some minor projects that Kyle has completed for us this past summer. Because of the quality of his work and the professional rapport that we have established with him we have engaged him for a larger hard landscape walkway project.

Kyle did a great job on a project to install a drainpipe under pavers and lawn. He had to dig up everything and then replace the pavers and turf. When finished, it looked like he had never been there, which is ideal!

I highly recommend Robinson’s Landscape Construction! We replaced a low deck with pavers and granite steps to our existing cement pool surround. The trick was integrating the pavers with the cement so it maintained a good flow and looked like we designed it that way from the start. Kyle’s recommendations were spot on, and it integrates perfectly. If you like personal attention, someone that is able to adjust and customize along the way, and will provide the absolute highest levels of craftmanship, then you need to consider Robinson’s Landscape Construction. We liked them so much that we added the front walkway to the project!

Robinsons Landscape Construction was a fantastic company to work with. Kyle was professional, punctual and created a masterpiece in our backyard.
