I called Ware to come out and look at a drainage/water issue I was having surrounding my property. First, it was nice to call and have a live person answer the phone. Second, I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. Third, Mike came out and did his inspection and explained things thoroughly as to what the issue was and gave me both video and documented explanations. Great, friendly people and highly recommend!

We are so glad we went with Ware to address our yard drainage issues! We were experiencing a consistently squishy/soggy backyard, regardless of how long since it last rained or the season. Ware came out to take a look and recommended a french drain system. They tied in the gutters and trenched drain tile around the yard, with grates to catch water. When they were finished, they re-graded the yard to direct water into the system and laid fresh sod. The finish product looks and functions great, and the crew at Ware were knowledgeable and responsive throughout the project. It’s clear they’ve done this dozens of times and know what they’re doing! We’re looking forward to enjoying our yard in the spring/summer without worrying about our kids getting muddy!

Wow, where do I start with Ware Landscaping? From our first call with Wendy to our many conversations (and I mean many – we asked SO many questions, probably too many at times!) with Charlie and the whole crew, it’s been a ride. Mike Ware, the owner, is just fantastic. He and his team sorted our drainage issues and trust me, it was a mess. They showed up on time, walked us through what needed to be done, and were super patient with all our questions. Now, our new place is water-tight and we’re just so relieved. It’s like Mike’s not just our contractor but a friend who genuinely wants to help out. Charlie’s leadership with the crew was top-notch too, making sure everything went smoothly. So glad we found these guys, and they’ll definitely be our go-to for anything in the future. If you need someone who gets the job done and is awesome to work with, give them a call!

Mike and his crew are phenomenal! It was the first time my wife was happy with a landscaper doing our spring clean, which is a feat to accomplish! As well they fixed our drainage problem that no other landscaper could figure out. A++++ all around!

I hired Mike, Charlie and team to do full drainage (dry-well, French drain, etc) for a new construction home we did last year in a strict suburb. They also did the sod and plants throughout, which was fully designed by Mike himself. Not only has the water been fully controlled, but all the plants and sod are starting to mature and grow beautifully. Highly recommend them.

We have used Ware landscaping for a number of projects over the past few years. They are responsive, reasonably priced and complete exceptional work. From small to large jobs from drainage project to whole backyard pool fill in I would highly recommend!

Ware Landscaping is about quality, service and getting their jobs done on schedule. The drainage job they did for me finally got the excess water away from my house and foundation without making my back yard look like a swimming pool. We have used Ware twice, once for installation of a french drain and once for general landscaping. Both times the aervice and results were excellent.
