Poor service. Took several attempts to get a call back from Keith. Set an appointment for him to look at the job. He cancelled the day of because his refrigerator broke. We reset the appointment and he essentially no call/ no showed. I reached out at the appointment time and he said he was busy with another job and had driven to St Pete. We were accommodating for him, but he was not considerate of our time.
