Very unprofessional business practices and extended the work to get the most amount of money possible. When “Best of Broward sprinklers inc” came to do my lawn, the person asked where the timer was and just started working. No asking me what I needed done or estimate of price, time, etc. Just started working without authorization or any agreement. They then cut my internet line. When asked about compensation for the damage, the owner threatened to ADD the cost to my bill, charging me more for their carelessness. At this time asked me for my max money i could spend. Did not give me an estimate just wanted to know how much he could get from me. When discussing this he said he would call me if the price got within 300 of the max price but he did not foresee that my cost would come anywhere near that price. when I finally received my bill it was 10 dollars less than my max price. I asked about the call i was supposed to get it if it got within 3 hundred dollars of that. He said that would require them to stop working, I wouldn’t want that would I? Yes I would because we agreed we would talk way before this price. then after going over the work they did on the invoice and in my backyard, They replaced EVERY sprinkler head on my lawn. I only needed 5 or 6 replaced. They just worked until they hit my max so they could get every penny out of me. Do not support this company
