Baker Landscaping did an excellent job on my front yard! We had overgrown heliconia that had grown under our fence and between our lanai screen. Alec and team were able to completely clear them out and made our front yard look clean and simple in just a few hours. Their communication was great and we were incredibly impressed from start to finish. I would hire Baker Landscaping again for our next project!

I thought I hired the owner, an arborist, to provide a quote, on cutting back some major trees in my backyard. He sent a crew without supervision that left my backyard a mess. They left ruining a large patch of fern under the trees. The owner told me the fern would grow back. He wasn’t telling the truth. Instead, my yard filled up with grapevine weeds and now I have to pay to have them removed and new fern planted. I have never written a google review. Do not use them to cut your trees! They also left part of a tree still hanging over to the neighbor’s fence and trees had no symmetry. I know it was a big job but he never explained anything to me after it was complete. He didn’t care.

Workers are great,very respectfull of vehicles. And enough workers to complete the job I a timely manner.I would recommend them.

Their crew was careless and not well trained for cutting down the proper tree branches. One guy dropped palm fronds on top of our paddleboards that were sitting on the grass. There was no effort to knock on our door to ask to move them OR even pick the palm fronds up. I had to pick them off the boards myself. Additionally, two cars and the patio were left covered in tree dust after they parked the tree chopping machine right next to our door. I had to clean the cars and entire outside of my home because they left without performing a thorough clean up. On top of the lack of care, the crew trimmed too many branches on a few trees so they are left extremely bare and will grow unevenly now. I would not recommend Baker Landscaping due to their poor training of tree cutters and lack of proper clean up.

An email I sent to Baker Landscaping. Did not get a phone call. Alec has been my contact since the beginning of the project. We were originally told this project would be handled last week verbally by Alec over the phone. Friday we receive a call and we are told we are on the books for Monday. OK, no problem. Monday comes and I received a text at 2:15 pm in the afternoon that the plants were not delivered and he has to reschedule. No problem, I am then told I am first customer in the morning for Tuesday. Tuesday at 12:10 pm I receive the text from Alec, “Hey man, my schedule is all messed up. We’re going to get you tomorrow. Hmmm. Well, I had already changed my schedule and appointments twice for Alec and to receive a text in the afternoon again that it wasn’t happening is unacceptable. I texted Alec he has no respect for my time and we were no longer interested in the service. Subsequent phone call from Alec. Unprofessional, doesn’t sum it up. There was no apology, only an immediate defense and belittling of his customer. Alec comments (Dude, you don’t understand our industry and what we are going through. I don’t even need your little project. We have hundreds of customers that want your plants, we don’t need your business. We do over $5 million dollars a year. I own this company, I don’t have a boss.) Well, No one believes that Baker Landscaping who has been in business since 1985 was built up by this unorganized self indulgent little boy!

We have used Mark Baker and Baker Landscape for almost 10 years and this is a remarkable Company. They just completed a very very hard job for us and it was done in the most professional way. They are fair and polite and extremely experienced and they’re working staff and tree specialists are excellent. I would never hesitate to use them again. Thank you Mark and your crew for a superb job. We have lived in this house for 40 years and that’s the best job I’ve ever had done on our trees . The Buchsbaums
