Landserv, under Michael Sweeney’s ownership/leadership, created a beautiful garden edge to our front yard. He worked collaboratively with us and his many experiences to design just what we needed. I am very pleased to recommend highly LandServ, Inc., of Stamford, Connecticut. Over the years this company has provided excellent service to me, including the planting of a beautiful foundation garden with holly bushes at my current home, and the complete restoration of patio gardens at my previous home. In addition, LandServ does landscaping work at my family’s cemetery plot. The owner and staff of LandServ answer my requests promptly and perform their services in a prompt and professional manner. My experience with Michael was not good, he is not a man of his word… Michael made an agreement with me then he just quit responding, wouldn’t return calls. His “THREE-POINT PHILOSOPHY” “Don’t make a promise you can’t keep” is no good… he is not a man of his word, and backs out of deals without any communication… I would NOT deal with this guy… you will regret it… Don’t deal with Michael Sweeney!!
