I’m not going to leave a bad/negative review for this company since we didn’t choose them and they have overwhelmingly positive reviews here, but I was shocked to be asked to put down a $5000 deposit before this company would visit my home for an estimate for a new pool/backyard design. Instead they want to you to come to their office for a free meeting first. I just want people to be aware this is the expectation before calling them since I would have never expected this.

Love my misting system. Pro Outdoors did a great install 7 years ago and I have been having them service my unit every year since. They always do a fantastic job and are very well priced!!! Highly recommend this company.

We LOVE Luxe Outdoor! We had an existing system in the home we purchased that kept springing leak after leak. Matt came out, gave us a competitive quote and assured us we would LOVE our new system. And we DO! The experience from beginning to end could not have gone smoother. The installation crew was informative and fun to work with. They even showed us all the spliced connections that our old system had. After a few days (we thought it would be much longer) the yard was left more beautiful than it was AND we have an amazing irrigation system. We have customized zones, customized water delivery quantities, and a management system that utilizes information rather than our decisions to assure our plants are loved and cared for. Matt held our hands throughout the process, making sure we were informed and happy and educated at the end. Jen, in the office, was so easy to work with regaring timelines and information and payments. We would give Luxe Outdoor Environments 100 stars if we could! 💙

Jennifer and Josh and their team are amazing! We had a very large outdoor project, including architectural work, engineering, water and fire feature, turf, drip system, lighting, pool, pavers, travertine, painting, speakers, plants, paver driveway, and more. It was a long project and it was amazing to have a contractor who was responsive, honest and went out of their way to work with us, from the initial 3D walkthrough to the final cleanup. We can’t say enough about the entire company. We would highly recommend them for any outdoor project, no matter how sophisticated.

We have worked with Lux outdoor environments on several projects over the last 11 years. They have done landscape irrigation and lighting installations for us. They are great to work with and very responsive to any questions or followup I needed. Their crew is the best! Just had them out last week to add some lighting and was thrilled to work with some of the same crew members we met 11 years ago. I highly recommend this company. The consistency and attention to quality are great.
