RES Contracting Inc 2 months agoOur experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home. Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. I’ve heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations. Overall, RES knocked it out of the park with quality and service!

They lure you in with their supposedly free “consultation and design services” and then charge you an arm and a leg before bringing in their unlicensed subcontractors whose work they neither guarantee nor are willing to take responsibility for. Talk about an absolute nightmare!

Prescott Custom Services LLC 3 weeks agoWe found Herb through the online reviews. We had him come over and evaluate our kitchen that was in disrepair. We had a couple other Contractors lined up to give us a quote but cancelled the appointment after meeting with Herb and getting a good vibe. The house is 100 years old and has been added onto many times. Quite the mess. We went over our options and budget and came to a solution that fit our needs. Ultimately, we had Herb gut the kitchen, open up a few things and replace the flooring in the entire house. We only had a couple items that were “uppers” that were minimal in cost that were actually improvements that we decided to do after the fact. So he stuck to his original estimate with the exceptions of the improvements, and he was able to reallocate some funds to do another upgrade. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to text and calls. I do not live in the area and felt comfortable leaving things to Herb, his kids and team of workers.
