I am so happy at how my landscaping turned out. I had 3 other companies come out and submit a design for my small front yard but Melissa was the only person who really understood what I wanted. She drew up a plan that was PERFECT!! The crew did a great job, arriving at the appointed time and cleaning up at the end of each day. Melissa was always prompt at answering my texts and emails. This is a great family business and I highly recommend them.

We met with Kevin & Melissa to design our backyard. We simply couldn’t be anymore pleased with the outcome! We went from a yard full of rocks to a beautiful outdoor, upscale entertaining area. Manny & Mario are the best workers. They were so respectful of our property and just great guys. The lighting, the pergola, the pavers and the design are unmatched. We highly recommend Unique Landscape & Design.

I don’t know where to start. The Unique team is AWESOME! We purchased our home in Prescott 2 years ago and the builder / original owner had done nothing to the back yard. In addition, some of the original “work” around the home was substandard; poor drainage, gutters emptying right along the side of the house, etc. We had spent the better part of the 2 years trying to decide what to do, as well as trying to find reputable and reasonable firms to hire. Unique was recommended to us by a friend that had recently used them. After the first visit from Melissa, we knew we had found the company we wanted to hire. Melissa took our “rough” ideas and in minutes articulated a vision that “clicked” with us. Then before we received a proposal, Melissa called and said her husband Kevin wanted to come look at the project because he wanted to make sure he could do the project right before they committed to it. When he arrived, the first thing he said was that we had to get the drainage correct. First landscaper we had spoken with that mentioned drainage before we did. Fast forward, and they completed the project, exactly as they proposed (with a few adds we asked for), on time and for exactly the price that was quoted. NO SURPRISES, no hidden fees or charges. I addition, the quality and professionalism of Mario and Manny was “out of this world”. They were a pleasure to have with us for 3 weeks. They constantly asked us to inspect what they’d been doing, as they wanted to make sure that we were HAPPY! They took great care to do things right and to clean the site thoroughly when done. In summary, Unique offered great design ideas, showed up on time, kept us advised on all status issues, did great work, had a wonderful team on site, came to do a thorough walk through when done (to make sure we were happy) and did this all for a cost that was well within reason. They are truly the GOLD standard for landscapers in The Quad City area! Highly. Highly recommend!

Top of the line quality, workmanship and follow through. Melissa and Kevin and their team did an exceptional job and what’s more impressive is that we were not in the country for a majority of the work. During the process we received regular videos, photos and texts of the work so that we could see the progress. Their ideas in the design helped us create a beautiful outcome and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We had a new paver driveway, walkway and patio installed, a new arroyo, new placement of boulders, some plantings and a beautiful a beautiful green granite boulder fountain. There were some supply chain issues during the finishing touches and Melissa’s customer service attitude was one of the best we have seen. We would highly recommend them!!!

Unique Landscape and Design is an outstanding business. The owners, Kevin and Melissa and their crew do an awesome job. The workers show up every day, on time and work hard. The quality of their work is flawless. Kevin and Melissa are on site nearly every day to ensure the work is being done properly.
