Trojanski Builders a year agoThe builders sold me a plot in Dec 2021, the construction did not start until Oct 2022. They had genuine reasons initially, but later it became a habit of excuses, delays after delays. They do not update portals for customers, they also do not attend calls, meetings on time or give timely updates on construction status. Interest rates have gone up, we lost a great loan rate, our rental lease is getting over, and we do not have much option than extending lease to wait for the building to get ready. None of these issues they care, highly unprofessional.

total home solutions a year agoIs this company even around anymore? This Google map location does not exist! I ordered from this company late-2019 with installation early 2020. I’m looking for the full warranty that was part of the package. The salesman was very charismatic. The office person was ok. One of the installers was being trained while on the job. His half of the shower install is the issue. The caulking is uneven and there’s water leaking between the wall and the floors. The shelves fell off the wall. The second shower leaks into the floor. The glass walls are loose and rattle. The strip of plastic that prevents water from leaking onto the floor from the bottom of the glass door only goes halfway across! They scratched my van that was parked in the driveway while working and they took out one of the fence posts at the end of my driveway with their truck. ZERO stars and I understand why they’re not in business? Goodbye, forever warranty! 🙁

Teakwood Builders, Inc. 2 months agoTeakwood did an outstanding job of redesigning my home. The design team, project manager, carpenters and painters that I interacted with from the start of gutting my home to rebuilding my experience was so positive. The best part it was on time and on budget. My home looks beautiful and exactly what I wanted and so happy with the result. Their communication throughout the project and attention to detail was excellent and made the project easy for me. I cannot say enough good things about Teakwood Builders.
