T. W. Spinks Home Improvements 10 months agoWe just wrapped up a 2.5 week kitchen project with Tom and his team and can’t say enough good things about the experience. We previously worked with Tom on a small project and he was the first person we contacted when we decided to refresh our kitchen. He was extremely responsive when we reached out and quickly met with us to discuss the work we wanted done, pull a quote together, etc. Once we signed our contract, he got our project scheduled and on the calendar within a few weeks – he was straightforward about the timeline and gave us a very detailed breakdown of what work would be completed each day. Tom kept in contact with us frequently as work was completed to provide updates and discuss any concerns. Everything was completed on time and we are so happy with how our kitchen turned out! We will certainly be working with Tom in the future on additional projects because we appreciate how honest and trustworthy he is, and we know he and his team work efficiently to deliver great results.

JK Design and Development 11 months agoWe hired JKDD after interviewing and meeting with a number of contractors and builders in the Baltimore area. Hiring this company was the best decision we could have made. Expect this company to reflect exactly what you hope, and address the fears that come with a big project. They’re: Honest. Respectful of your property (inside and outside). On time. ON BUDGET. Deliver exceptional service, and above standard workmanship. We had direct access and witnessed the owner of the company on-site often, insisting on every detail to be addressed. This may not be a huge deal to some people, but the consideration they showed to our neighbors, my pets, and our tight schedule was impeccable. We’ve since committed to working with JKDD again for our commercial project and can’t wait to get started. This is a VALUE over cost company. Do it.

Priority Plumbing & Drain an hour agoCalled with what we thought was a gas leak. Turns out our sump pump was shot. Tim was about to come out within the hour, identified the problem, and replaced the sump pump. Excellent customer service as well when I talked with a yound lady on the phone who helped me schedule this asap! Shouts out Tim for the repair
