Brett was wonderful to work with. He listened intently to my ideas and vision for our project and then designed a plan that was far better than I even imagined it would be! For our residential project, it was very important that everything be ADA compliant as our daughter uses a wheelchair for mobility. He made sure her accessibility in our new outdoor space was a priority. His attention to detail is top-notch, as well as his recommendations for local contractors and vendors to make his designs a reality.

As a general contractor, we thoroughly enjoy working with Castle Bay Design. Brett’s designs are creative, yet remain functional, and his drawings are a contractor’s dream. We’ve completed numerous pergola’s and decks together and are in the midst of a couple of full landscape jobs with plenty of hardscaping, huge trees, lighting, fire pits, and water features involved. Always eager to work with him and bring his drawings to life.

Brett Kuzoian and the team at Castle Bay are terrific! They developed a great detailed, tailored set of landscape/hardscape plans for our near-beach home in St. Augustine, which is currently under construction. This is surely a small residential project for Brett, but he spent as much time and patience with me developing them as needed. He aligned the design with the environment, house/lot, and our needs resulting in creative, beautiful solutions.
