Mike and Alpine Landscape have designed and installed 6 residential landscapes for me over the last two decades. All have been unique and complemented and enriched the living space and architecture. Drainage, irrigation systems, lighting, accents like fountains, plant selection and installation all with great attention to detail and expertise. I have been super pleased with my experience with Mike and Alpine and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my landscape needs!!!

Alpine Landscaping has done all of the landscape design, installation and maintenance for my home and commercial projects for 7 years. These are my “go to” people for everything landscape related because they do great design work both conceptual and species selection, don’t cut corners on the installation and stay on top of the maintenance. When there are problems they are super responsive. Once I selected a lower cost vendor for a project which turned out to be a disaster. I had Alpine come in, rip it out and do it over. Mike and Thomas are highly reputable people to deal with. The crews are always friendly and diligent. I can’t think of a single negative.

I have worked with Alpine Landscape for nearly a decade on both our commercial projects and our own homes over the years. There’s a number of reasons we always choose Mike, Thomas, and the entire Alpine Landscape team! LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN Mike has a very keen eye and can visualize the finished product, whether it’s a ‘start-from-scratch’ project or a re-design of existing landscaping. He’s an artist. His plant selection is top notch, interesting, and very creative. Visitors to our properties often ask about the various plants, trees, bushes, and so on. “What is that? I’ve never seen that before!” LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION Layout is always precise with just enough of each element to look full and beautiful right after planting, but never so much that we have to remove “extra” plants or trees a couple years later. They also understand and install the right kind of irrigation each element needs. LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE Alpine Landscape is thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in how to keep all this beautiful stuff healthy and looking great. In addition to regular maintenance, the team knows what/when to feed, when/how to prune, and how to diagnose any problems (pests, animal damage, etc) that may arise. HARDSCAPE Excellent job with designing and installing all kinds of hardscape elements such as concreate, pavers, etc. OUTSTANDING TEAM Everyone on the Alpine Landscape team is a pro. Very professional, personable and take their jobs seriously. Mike is ultra-responsive – things happen and happen fast! I highly recommend Alpine Landscape. They’ve earned their five stars!

Mike’s passion for designing beautiful spaces through landscape architecture is quite amazing. The thoughtful designs that Mike and his team create and apply are engaging and exciting. He is fun to work with and has a way of keeping the project moving forward even when we kept adding things. His team have installed many intricate and dynamic spaces for us that we cherish everyday. From the hand laid paver courtyards to the pleasant pathways all gently illuminated with subdued lighting and lush planting his team has created the most beautiful space that we have. His construction team is amazing and professional, no detail was left unnoticed from hidden drainage systems for rainwater management through irrigation as well as brining in the right soil blend for our project. These are the guys you want on your project. Mike and his team transformed our home into a place that we love. You can see Alpine Landscapes designs and installations all over the north state from beautifully designed neighborhoods through commercial and public spaces alike.

We use Alpine at a major shopping center in Chico and can say they are doing an excellent job. They have excellent skills with irrigation maintenance and know landscape maintenance and installation. Their billing is timely and accurate and their staff is very responsive to service calls.

Mike designed a thoughtful replacement for our lawn. Thomas and the crew were easy to work with, and both the hardscape and plantings were completed in a timely manner. Any later problems were quickly resolved. We highly recommend Alpine Landscape.
