One of the reasons I went with System Pavers over the competition was their unbeatable warranty. If you’re going to pay more than the competition you expect a different experience. We initially had some problems with sinking pavers. I am pretty sure my project manager wishes I wasn’t a customer anymore, but that’s ok. Joe, the construction manager took it upon himself to make the situation right. He was apologetic, sincere, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the project being done to our satisfaction. The warranty process was impeded by some software problems, but they’re in the process of making that experience better as well. Rest easy though, if you do happen to need warranty services, System Pavers has guys like Joe to help make it right. They stand by their work and will honor their long warranty period.

System pavers reached out to me after I did a search on home advisor. We made an appointment then I received a voice message telling me they weren’t sure they can do what I wanted done. Then I called the office to discuss what I needed and reconfirmed my appointment– No show- no phone call, no nothing. If this is the consideration, you give your potential clients then you suck. Bye bye

Avoid using if you appreciate customer service. We started our paver/outdoor kitchen project with System Pavers back in December 2023 and were told it would only take “around 2 weeks” which we immediately knew was unlikely. We received very little communication and updates from our project manager. Had multiple days we would be told the crew would show up at 8am and they would actually show up around 1pm with lunch they stopped for on the way and ate in our backyard. Here we are in June and the project has still not been completed and we go weeks without hearing from SP until we reach out to them or they ask us to sign off on completion for a project we’re not fully happy with yet.

This was simply the best experience that I have ever had on a home project. System Pavers were very competitive in pricing and even better in professionalism. From Chad Brower/Design Consultant to George Minzer/Project Manager to Elias/Contractor were the Best of the Best! We are so happy with the new front patio.

System Pavers did a wonderful job on my backyard renovation. Darren Witherspoon, Design Consultant, understood what I was looking for and created a plan for my patio paver extension and installation of artificial turf. He provided the design before he left. Then, when we had to make adjustments to newly discovered HOA regulations, he immediately changed the design to meet them. Project Manager Tim Mavis and his team executed the plan quickly and seamlessly. They even fixed a lawn irrigation issue. I was definitely pleased with the results, their outstanding customer service, and their knowledge. Thank you for my “new” patio and backyard.

I love my pavers and turf!! These guys did a really great job. We met, came up with a design, and they delivered everything they promised. They were very pleasant to work with. When calling them they were quick to respond back and answer any questions and concerns. The crew was on time, respectful, and prompted on getting the job done. They pride their selves on happy customers. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company. Outstanding!!

System pavers did an awesome job on our front and back areas of our house. I was impressed from the start with Chad who spent hours drawing up and designing what we had in mind just on the initial consultation. Next we met George who got into the nitty gritty of the job on what needed to be done. Meaning that this 1940’s house had some trouble areas that needed attention in regards to laying out the pavers, and structural posts for our awnings/patio covers. George was excellent in facilitating what options were available and communicating with the crew doing the job. The crew were amazing as well, Elder the supervisor and his team were efficient, respectful and very hard working. A lot more things were added to the job as it went on per our own preferences. George was there any time we needed him and happy to help answer questions or reservations we may have had. I feel we really lucked out on having George and his team with Elder to do this project! Our first big job for our home and they nailed it! They made the process as comfortable as possible giving us updates, feedback, answers, solutions, and most of all no surprises and straight forward with everything. Thanks for making me enjoy and love our home even more.

We went with System Pavers for our driveway and backyard project because of the promise of quality and the 25 year warranty. Chad helped us initially and explained the process and helped with the design. We hit the jackpot with George from system pavers as our Construction liason! His experience in construction shows. As first time home owners it can be difficult to take on a big project and know who to trust. George made sure the project was on time and was there daily. The crew that showed up was respectful and courteous, shout out to Elder who was the supervisor for the crew. He always made sure things stayed tidy and handled any questions or concerns. They explained everything and always made sure all concerns were taken care of, we would recommend System Pavers!

They are NOT landscapers! I am paying another company to fix their awful job! I spent $15,000 on shoddy work.
