Bought a new home and when I asked our inspector if he had any recommendations on water softer he told me to call Britney. I called and she was easy to talk to and even better in person. She was even able to get the system installed that afternoon. The guys who installed it were also great. I talked to Holly in the office and you could tell from the four I dealt with believed in their product and thought highly of each other. I spent a little more than I budgeted for, but I feel great about the product and the people that wear the name Apex on their shirts. Thank you Ms Britney and look forward to many good years!

Our experience with APEX Smart Home was one for the books! Our sales person, Brittney, was amazing and extremely informative about the entire water softener process and you can tell how much she loves her job and making sure that other people have clean and healthy water. Our biggest goal in this process was to make sure our daughter, who has awful eczema, was going to feel better. Although Brittney cares deeply for her job, you can tell she cares even more deeply for the families she is helping. She is genuine, cheerful and a great person to have advocating for this company. The 2 gentlemen that came out to install our machine were respectful, kind, informative and patient to answer any and all questions my husband and I had. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new water softener or who is even on the fence and not sure if they should bite the bullet and do it. You will not regret your experience with this company! Thank you APEX!

Brittany was great to work with! She came out and gave me the full download. Purchased the system on the spot and they installed the following Monday! Install was great and I was walked through the system and registered the warranty for me. Strongly recommend. I read reviews on puronics and the biggest complaint was customer service, BUT Apex is your POC for service so I was sold!

I had both a water softener and alarm system installed by APEX at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional and efficient. Let me tell you something! That RO water system makes the best water I’ve tasted hands down!!! I have had a great experience with APEX hands down. They did my water softer, home security, and water heater. That says something.

Definitely recommend APEX!! Jason explained everything to me & answered any questions I had when I met with him to see what would work best for my home, and Buck came to install everything for me & also answered any questions! Awesome customer service! 5 stars!

I definitely recommend this company. Brittney came out for the water softner and Jason came out for the security system. They were both very professional and knowledgeable! Answered all questions I had and even did follow ups. Jeremiah came out to install the alarm system and walked me thru how to use everything. Anytime I have a question I call or text and he responds and helps me thru whatever questions I have. He is amazing and has great customer service! The 2 gentleman that came to install the softner were great and fast. They showed me how to use the system. Very professional and friendly! I had a great experience with everyone I came into contact with!
