4 months agoNeeded to connect a new garage door opener to the system and the service rep was over the top helpful even though he had to help me undo my previous attempt. Nothing was too much bother to him. Very patient.

5 months agoMy business has been paying a fortune at ADT and getting horrible customer. We reached out to Protectus Security and they got us cameras installed for the same price ADT quoted us and beat their monthly service price by a large amount. When the techs came out to install the cameras they were very polite and diligent at their work. When my home security contract is finished with ADT we will be switching to Protectus.
