The salesman David is not trustworthy! David came to my house around 7:30pm to sell us ADT. He promised us if we upgraded he would give us the previous pricing and told me it would come out to be about 50 a month. I told him we could not afford it right now and he asked me if we enjoyed Chick-fil-a. He told me to skip a Chick-fil-a meal to pay for ADT! He made me feel poor! Then when I told him I did not want it anymore, he asked if I was willing to risk my family safety over a meal. I told him I wanted to talk it over with my wife to make a decision. She comes home and also says no! David then offers us 3 months free and rushed us to do next day installation since the “promotion” ends that week. When signing the contract I saw it say 50.xx before taxes and questioned him. He then says it’s okay he would need to use his computer to fix it later. I TRUSTED him and now we are being charged 55.99. 6 dollars may not be a lot to some but we are on a budget at the moment. You are also required to sign a 3 year contract three day money back guarantee. David told me he would help me by letting me try it for a week or two before canceling and if I cancel before 6 months I would only be responsible for 25% of the contract. After a week I tried to cancel and learned you only get 3 days and during the first 6 months you are responsible for 75% of the contract. I honestly thought this deal was doable since David called(?) and said his manager approved of the 47.99 + tax and first 3 months free. Well guess not since it’s 55.99 and first three months was sent to me on a gift card that never came. Jalen came to our home early morning to install. He told me I needed 2 more censors for the windows and told me it would be $25 more. I pad him and he only installed 1… Ms. Star and Pete made it a little better by saying they would let their higher ups know about this and would have them reach out, but nobody has contacted me. Morgan their support manager is straightforward, and will not bend. She has not sent me my contract even though I have requested it.

Do not use bulldog security, it’s a scam. None of our equipment has worked from the beginning, we had an equipment check done by a supervisor who was trying to sell us solar panels instead of doing a check of the system. We close our bedroom doors and the system goes off, but when we set the alarm and open the front door the system doesn’t go off. We tried to cancel after putting $4000 into equipment and services but now to cancel it’s another $1000. Very disappointing to know that the service provided is a scam, it doesn’t work, it doesn’t keep you safer. Do not use them and don’t get scammed like we did.

MarKeith McDonald made this experience, which started out poorly, exceptional. His knowledge and ability to discuss the system and its functions were that of an experienced kindergarten teacher, as I asked for him to explain it to me like “I’m a five year old”, as he did. I’m pleased with your service thus far. Let’s see what the future holds for ADT. I hope my future experiences with your company remains superior as that what Mr. McDonald has established. Time will tell…

One of their salesmen showed up at my door, unsolicited, bypassing EVERY house on my street twice in one day. If I wanted your services, I’d inquire. Btw don’t ever park sideways at the end of someone’s driving blocking it with your vehicle. That’s unprofessional and VERY unsettling

We have called and canceled our account on multiple occasions, we moved from the house and they have continued to bill us. We do not recommend ADT to anyone. When the technician from bulldog came out he brought the wrong detectors out, and less than 3 weeks after install the window monitors fell off and the door detectors were not sticking anymore. We called bulldog to come fix it and they said in a nutshell “to bad so sad get a new system installed because that was what adt gives with the system ” so we tried to cancel then and bulldog wanted a 1600$ fee. Do not recommend Bulldog services of any kind.

I regret ever choosing Bulldog Security Systems for my home security needs. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. **Installation Issues**: The technician they sent spent about 8 hours installing the system, despite being told it would take only 3-4 hours. This was just the beginning of the problems. **Defective Equipment**: Every single piece of equipment they installed failed within the first three months. The window sensors, the main alarm keypad, and even the Yale lock malfunctioned consistently. The alarm would go off in the middle of the night, becoming a nightly occurrence that disrupted our sleep and peace of mind. **Poor Customer Service**: Calling for tech support is a futile exercise. ADT shuttles us to Bulldog Security Systems, who then provide useless advice like taking the batteries out and putting them back in. They eventually tell us to call ADT again, creating an endless loop of frustration and unresolved issues. **Installation Quality**: To top it all off, the doorbell was hung crooked, reflecting the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail. In summary, Bulldog Security Systems has provided an incredibly frustrating and unreliable service. The equipment is defective, customer service is unhelpful, and the installation was poorly executed. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
