Their Sales person, Garland is a gem. I wish I had folks like him work for me. Tim Johnson worked with me for nearly 7 hours fixing up the entire security and making it seem easy. Everything is in order and working perfectly now.

This is an update on my previously posted review about HomePro. Please not that my review was based on my fantastic experience with the installer. This has turned into a nightmare and the practices of this company is despicable. My fire alarm has been going off randomly several times a day, and this company wants to charge me to come and check it out. When I requested to cancel, they have pointed to a 5 year contract buried in the fine print and threatening to put this on my credit, and I am so angry that I simply do not care at this point. Please run for your life when HomePro comes calling and will be sharing this with people in my circle.

It was a great experience. Thank you all who have helped us to secure our home. Marc Jones came to my house for follow up visit and identified my home door camera was not activated and he fixed that instantly. He is very technical and professional at his work. He deserves a lot of appreciations.
