Linda and her team are excellent! She was able to help me install a burglar alarm, smoke detector and security cameras while navigating my sensitivity to electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). Linda was there every step of the way, and did a lot of extra outside research to help me find a safe solution. Every time I have called them, the team has responded quickly. Very cost-effective as well. I highly recommend Unlimited Security!

Linda and her team are extremely professionally and very easy to work with to identify the right security needs. Linda is extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating and customer service seems to be the #1 priority. I would definitely recommend Unlimited Security over other large national firms that are less personable.

I have had the service for 2 years, only minor issues with alarms going off unprompted. I requested a 2 year check-in to confirm all alarms are still functioning, scheduled with no problem and no cost mentioned. After the visit I see that $465 has been charged without notification and without authorization. Canceling my business as a result.

I was encouraged to get an alarm system due to some changes in my area. I contacted several other companies and even some DYI systems. After completing my research, I found that, “Unlimited Security” was the best fit for my family’s protection. The “Alarm Lady” and her team made the process easy and easy to use. I recently moved into a new condo that had our Paxton security system installed by a company that sold their business to another firm. The new firm does not understand our Paxton system and we had to search for a company that understands Paxton systems . We got a very high recommendation about Unlimited security company. We contacted them and explained our situation and they quickly agreed to help us out. I have been working with them for a couple of weeks now. They quickly came to our site, discussed the current problems we were having and fixed what they had access to at that time. They have updated our system and have things working great. Still more work to do to correct some prior installation mistakes but we are making great progress In addition they have been very helpful in teaching us how to use the Paxton system Overall their service has been outstanding and we look forward to our continuing relationship with them I highly recommend

Horrible customer service, unprofessional leadership, destructive technician. Proved to do a mayor mess up on my deck, denies all responsibility having me pursue this in court. Extremely unprofessional. Should not be in business.

I am so impressed with Unlimited Security! This is NOT a mainstream, publicly traded company that only cares about their bottom line. This small business takes serious pride in their work, and does things RIGHT! I am beyond happy with the product i received, (security system, multiple exterior and interior hardwired cameras) and have found that Unlimited offers many services that you cant find anywhere else. If you want to deal directly with the CEO, this is the company for you. Linda (CEO) and her team, especially the technicians, Chris and Alec, worked tirelessly and effectively to complete a not-so-easy job. If you want the highest quality system, installed by high quality professionals, this is the company you need to call. Thanks again guys!

What a great company! Linda and her employees took the time to secure my property. They told me what I need based on the layout of the house and my personal necessities. Very professional and affordable. Don’t hesitate to call then. Avoid big alarm companies.
