Jamie and the HSI team were very responsive to updating our security system recently. After speaking with him on the phone, Jamie had everything ready and Chris installed it the next day. Chris did a great job took the time to explain the new features. We are very glad we made the move to HSI!

Our previous company’s equipment quit working and after no communication from them, a lot of headaches and attempts to get our security back up and running for two very long months, we canceled that contract & decided to find a security company that’s local. After a phone call mid afternoon, The owner Jamie was at our home for a consult a few hours later, he had our system scheduled for install the very next day. It is so reassuring to know that they take their clients safety seriously! I will sleep so much better knowing I have an alarm system back up and running and knowing if I ever have any issues they will work fast to make sure our safety needs are met! I am super impressed by their timely response and it’s even better that we are bringing business to a family owned company that cares about you! I 100% recommend this company and will refer to them anytime I have a friend in need! Thank you HSI Security Services for being so timely and taking our safety seriously! Jamie and Don go the extra mile to make sure the system is exactly what you need. Jamie is highly responsive and always available to answer questions. This team is exactly why we decided to go with a local company. They treat everyone like a friend and make certain you are satisfied. I highly recommend HSI! I called their office at 8:30am and Jamie was at my door at 10:00am the same day. The security and smoke alarm installation was scheduled and completed with 48 hours of my call. Wow… Awesome customer service! I am now having them install a carbon monoxide detector. Jamie and his team are wonderful.
