For several months we received non-urgent calls after hours and weekends even though nothing seemed to be wrong with the system – no one is breaking in and there isn’t a fire – so why are they calling after hours?. Finally got a guy out to do a thorough check. After he left, got two false alarms over the next few weeks – one of which was a faulty smoke alarm. The owner is willing to fix the issues but in the end, the system still isn’t working. Icing on the cake was when I called in because our smoke detector went off with absolutely no smoke in the house (wasn’t cooking and no one smokes). The person who answered said “What are you doing in your house?”. Answer – living with a security system that clearly isn’t working well. That’s what.
