One of your trucks couldn’t wait at a railroad crossing while the train was literally right in front of him sitting waiting to continue forward. Lord Jesus help me if I could of caught up to him and gotten that license plate. So unprofessional. Made your company look ridiculous and this person should be ashamed of themselves. It was at the railroad crossing on Virginia ave. At 12:10pm. This person knows who they are and if they were any kind of decent human they should apologize to this business owner for making their company look reckless, inconsiderate, and of course inpatient. The train moved in the next 3 min to which made it that much worse. Please talk to your drivers and tell them to just wait the extra 5 min. This incident alone would keep me from using this company. Why would I want someone this careless working on anything for my home or business. Have a great day. Please talk to your employees

We Met with Devin to discuss the remote access control entry to our showroom. Was met with a friendly face and someone who knew access control. He took pictures and assured us that by having a glass door, we would be able to lock and unlock from anywhere we have cellular service. Scooter Stop 👀 forward to working with SNAP to update of storefront with the times we live in and need for those around us. Thanks Devin

Best phone call I made all year! SNAP has come through during every hiccup; they’ve been quick to investigation, troubleshoot, & solve problems; they work well with other contractors to solve problems, and are knowledgeable/efficient in their endeavors. If it’s electronic they’re the folks to call. Super glad we found them!

Once I have my cameras I will be fully equipped. Snap Integrations was referred to me by the gentleman who owns the Williams Mansion on Meeting St. I am so glad he did because Dean Rommes knows his business.

Dean and company are great! Very professional and responsive…..I called Dean one morning requesting surveillance on a commercial building, by the end of the work day, security cameras were installed! Very quick, and very responsive. Contacted on Wednesday, came to house for an estimate on Thursday…had a quote by mid day, and installation the next Monday. All of the work was done very neatly, professionally, and again very quick. There’s not one bad thing to say about anyone, or anything. Definitely Recommended
