We signed a 3-year contract for a security system for our business. They collected thousands and THEN I was told I had to wait roughly 3-4 months for installment due to a modem shortage. If I would have known this prior, I would have found another company. But these snakes knew that didn’t they. Many, many months later after continuously calling for status, they installed the modem. Showed me an app on my phone and took off. I was left to find out that this app is hilariously ridiculous for monitoring anything. What a total, 100% joke. I called, called and called asking for help. I finally got upset and a very condescending, unprofessional manager called and said he would send out someone to address the issues I am having with my security system and walk me through the app. I haven’t seen anyone since and that was months ago. I cannot WAIT for this contract to end. If you are serious about protecting your home, especially your business, do not mess around with these jokers. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Terrible security system. They do not care about anything other than getting your signature on that contract and collecting your money. It truly is sad.

East Cascade was prompt in scheduling a tech visit to our home. Ben was outstanding! Ben answered all of our questions and took the time to make the most of the visit. These days I just love companies that do what they say they are going to do with great competent employees. We value our relationship with East Cascade Security for our business and home.

Jessie took great care of us on the phone when we had some technical issues and during a service call. I was frustrated with a few issues and he handled the challenge perfectly. Great job Jessie.
