I would highly recommend ADT due to the professionalism of Jacob Buchanan. He did an amazing job explaining the safety devices and why they are important to my family and our home. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Jacob Buchanan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was very personable and thoughtful. We have young kids and pets and they were not cooperating with us but Jacob still maintained his professionalism. We would highly recommend him.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Lets start with the equipment barely works! The techs works off commission and will just start installing things you didn’t ask for, they may even tell you its free. Customer service is atrocious. If you want something that doesn’t do very well at securing your home buy a goldendoodle. My system was up for less than 24 hours before I realized they installed a bunch of plastic devices throughout home that beeps every now and then. Have I mentioned this was 5 weeks ago and I have yet to be refunded?! The district manager is also terrible and refuses to contact me. Going into this I knew Ring was cheaper but for convenience I went with ADT. Now I totally understand why the companies stock is valued at $5.95 as of this review. Will be a penny stock soon. In short they have a product that doesn’t work and some dishonest employees who failed to complete the most simple task for me. Forgot to mention after they picked up every piece of poorly functioning equipment they billed me for the next month although I told them the next day to come pickup all their plastic! Plenty more failures but I’m too tired to type more…may add to this later if I’m feeling fancy!

Bought my first house. 32, but it’s nice and I was very happy. First week goes by, ADT man shows up, does a great little presentation, says you pay nothing, here’s the “lowest in the industry” monthly you’ll pay and that’s it! Sounded great. Come to find out your locked in for 3 years and have to pay a lot of money for cheap equipment if you decide to leave beforehand. Put up with it for 2 years, about to sell home and have had some tragedy’s in the family recently. My rep calls as he’s noticed my home is also now for sale. I tell him about what all has happened and was told to call the HQ and the contract is the contract. They could care less about you. Also, you can look up the equipment they give you online, they pay so very little for this cheap equipment and tout it as top of the line and expensive. Do yourself a favor and get a self monitored home system from home depot.

Horrible customer service. I pay for a service and it doesn’t even work. No one helps with any issues, techs that come out don’t care and are not competent. This company should be ashamed. My Rep David is horrible. Stay away from adt period. I have nothing positive to say about my rep or the company

I would give them a 0 if possible. Sales rep David makes every excuse in the world not to pick up the phone and never wants to address issues. Got cameras for my business. App and cameras never work and no one does anything. No one should ever use Adt. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced

Worst security system on the market. Some one tried breaking into my house while we were sleeping and the alarm I pay for every month didn’t even work the one time I need it. I’ve been trying to cancel and good luck trying to speak with some. 83 minute wait time. What a joke. ADT customer service and security system is a joke. Save your self the trouble and hassle and go with a different company. This isn’t the first issue I have had with ADT my equipment didn’t work once before and I couldn’t use it for over three months because again I could not get in touch with any one from customer service. So maybe this worthless company will respond this way?
