Professional, courteous and helpful. We’ve been connected with Hart for 11 years now and have always been treated with respect when we’ve had to talk with them. Twice the fire alarm went off, both times the service we received was quick and efficient.

I have had Hart Alarm since 2013 at my place of business. As the business has grown over the years, they were able to add to my needs. In the fall of 2019 I moved into a brand new construction building and once again contacted Hart Alarm to install a new security system. They installed all the wiring, control panels and cameras as well as other associated items needed. Steve is attentive in his overview and layout, the technicians are knowledgeable and do a clean install. I have had Alarm trips and police have been here within minutes, ive been notified by the monitoring center almost immediately and never have had any issues. If power goes out I am notified at all contact methods. I will continue to use them and refer them.

Worst company i have ever dealt with in my twenty years of fire protection . They do not have 24 hour Monitoring personnel. Call after hours and get a answering service, tech will call you back . What kind of nonsense is that . Don’t put your life and property in these people’s hands you will regret it.

Had Hart alarms for 23 years. We were very happy with them.Our alarm would go on and off on the day before we were to leave to visit my daughter. Because some one knocked down our lamp post and there was no outside light my wife became nervous and called Hart Alarm . They sent someone and at the time the alarm was working again by the time he came. He said maybe it’s the second floor pad do you want me to disconnect it. This he did. After a while it continued to react as before. My wife being nervous suggested maybe we need a new control system. We were leaving and as I looked in the basement I noticed a great deal of moisture around the water tank. That was the problem. Moisture around the tank near the control panel. He never even looked in the basement at the control panel.This cost me $95. for his service call which was a complete waste. We have been very happy with Hart Alarm and continue with them. However, this review is on this service call only.

Hart updated and added on to an existing access control system for my employer’s mid-size business. Steve was excellent – very knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest about our equipment needs and made sure that we ended up with a system that was appropriate for our building – saving us money over the quotes of their competitors. We’ve needed service once and received it same-day without incident. My phone call was brief and professional. I am very satisfied with our relationship.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I am very glad to do business with these guys. I’ve never had a security system, but there’s one in our new house. I had never heard of Hart, but a service sticker on the unit had their contact info. I called to have a checkup on the system and to show me how to use it. The service tech was awesome…replaced the backup battery and faulty keypad at a surprisingly low cost, and cleaned out and checked all the smoke detectors. He showed me how to reset the password and how to use the system. That was a month ago. Today I called to find out about CO detectors, and they told me I could have the house wired for integrated CO, or I could simply go buy my own units, non-integrated, for about $35-40, not buying from Hart. How cool is that–he gave me an opinion that was not in the best interest of their business, but in MY best interest. Not sure which way I will go, but when a company treats you that well you make note of it. So my experiences with Hart are 2 for 2 very positive.
